To obtain a beautiful foam layer, we're going to shake it. Add 3cl of aquafaba to 150ml of the mocktail and shake it with 4 ice cubes. Pour it into your glass using a strainer so that the ice doesn't end up in your mocktail. You don't add any more ice to the mocktail. Finally, garnish your mocktail with a red basil leaf.
